In Midlife–Finding Your Way
This 6-week group is intended for women at midlife seeking clarity and discovery.
Midlife can be a time of reflection, questions, and regret. The purpose of this group is to provide a sacred space where you can discover what must be resurrected, relinquished, or revealed in your life. The midlife passage summons a movement from youthful values to adult wisdom. C. G. Jung was the first to expand the study of human development into adulthood. He said, “We cannot live the afternoon of life according to the program of life’s morning; for what was great in the morning will be little at evening, and what in the morning was true, will at evening, become a lie”.
Topics we will explore:
*Archetypal Forces Active During Midlife
*False Self/Authentic Self
*Conflicts/Opposites
*Shadow/Persona
*Options/Possibilities
*Joy/Inspiration
