Midlife can be a turning point–a beginning, an ending, a threshold. It is the time of life to take inventory of imbalances in your professional, personal, and family life. This 6-week group is designed for women seeking insight and direction for the second half of life.
This process and experiential group is meant to expand your perceptions and choices. We will discuss carving new paths for yourself and what that might look like for you. You will explore shedding old habits, beliefs, attitudes that no longer serve you. You will create expressive art pieces that draw upon the creative imagination. When that imagination is activated, you may discover potentials not previously known. You will create: expressive writing pieces, a collage, a mandala; you will engage in creative dream work, guided imagery, and sandplay.
